But first, what is frequency? 

Before, we dive into the hack, let’s set some context so you know what frequency actually is. 

Every moment of every day, our body is burning food to use as fuel to keep our body running. With each metabolic process, a small burst of energy is released. Because we have 32 trillion cells, those small bursts of energy become a large wave of energy. 

This energy wave can be read on a scientific scan, called a spectrometer, and it is read in the measurement of hertz (hz), a measurement of frequency. 

Why your frequency matters

Each of our energy  waves is made up of particles. Through a physics concept called cohesion, like particles attract like particles, and unlike particles repel each other. The things we are trying to manifest are also made up of particles. 

The difference between magnetizing or repelling what we want comes down to whether the particles match. 

Are they alike or different? Will they be magnetized together or repelled from each other? Are they on the same frequency? 

If your frequency is different from what you are trying to attract, they will repel each other. It will not work! 

How do I know what my currency frequency is? 

Easy. Your current frequency matches what you are currently experiencing in your life. That is what is being magnetized to you. 

To have a different experience, you have to change your frequency.

I imagine someone I love experiencing everything they could ever want in life. I imagine them experiencing their greatest joys. 

Very important: I only imagine their face, the look in their eyes, their smile, their energy. I imagine them bouncing up and down in excitement. The sparkle. Their sheer elation. 

I don’t imagine what they are excited about. This is projection! 

Do this process with someone close to you (especially effective with kids and pets!) and feel your heart open, your energy rise, almost as if your body lifts up.
