You’ve been doing the work—visualizing, asking intuition, taking action—but somehow, the money hasn’t shown up like you thought it would. It’s easy to feel like you’re missing something or that manifestation isn’t working for you.
But here’s the truth: It’s not your fault. The reason your goals haven’t manifested yet is because of 4 hidden blocks that are sabotaging your efforts. Not cool!!
Today, we’re diving into the real reasons you haven’t manifested your goals—and more importantly, how you can clear those blocks to finally call in the success you deserve. (p.s. This also applies to any current goals you’re shooting for e.g. an extra $5K before the holidays )
Let’s get into it!
The 4 major (and only) blocks to your manifestations
It might sound surprising but there are only 4 things that will ever stand in the way of you and whatever the heck it is you want.
Ready to know what they are & what to do about them? .
Block 1: Your limiting beliefs
Before the age of 12, we are little sponges for information.
We take in everything we experience as absolute truth, especially if they came from an influential adult who was responsible for our care. They say: “You can do anything!” that becomes true for us. They say: “There’s never enough money” that becomes true for us.
After 12, once logic sets in, everything we have seen, heard, been told and experienced gets locked into place.
This becomes our unconscious programming. Scientists have agreed that our unconscious mind controls about 97% of our day. This is a problem because 97% of our thoughts, behaviors, feelings and perceptions are controlled by a set of information that includes beliefs like “I’m not good enough”, “There’s never enough money” or “No matter how hard I work, it will never be enough”. GAH!
Everything we do, see, think and feel comes through the lens of our unconscious programming. No bueno!
How do you clear limiting beliefs?
Okay, so there’s no easy way around this.
In 11 years in business, and after helping my clients make over $1.5 Billion in the last 5 years, I can tell you the only way to clear limiting beliefs is through hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Loop Dissolution or FrequencEase.
This is because we are not trying to clear thought energy. That can be done with many different things including journaling, talking through problems, reframes, energy healing, meditation, affirmations & somatic work. We are deconstructing actual neural networks in your brain matter - we are rearranging the way your neurons fire in your brain so that your brain thinks in a completely new way.
It’s fast, it’s incredibly effective but it will require someone else’s support if you don’t know any of these techniques yourself.
Block 2: Your thermostat (biologically know as homeostasis)
Your body has one job - to keep everything the same - otherwise known as homeostasis.
Homeostasis operates down to a cellular level, and it’s an automatic process. When your temperature gets too hot, what happens? You sweat! So that your temperature comes back down to the level it’s supposed to be.
To go even deeper, everything that happens outside your homeostatic level (aka your comfort zone) is deemed as life-threatening. Literally like it will end your life. And your body will respond appropriately with heightened levels of adrenaline and cortisol to prepare you to fight for your life or flee. Which feels, to the modern eye, like anxiety, overwhelm, depression etc.
Even if the thing that is outside of your comfort level is doubling your income, or hitting grand life goals you have aspired to for decades.
Your body doesn’t differentiate between “good” and “bad” new things, or whether or not the new thing is actually life-threatening… it treats everything outside of the comfort zone the same.
As if it will kill you.
And it will go into overdrive to protect you - even from yourself - which is what it is programmed to do on a cellular level.
How do you change your thermostat?
This is one of the simpler fixes in practice and is where visualization can be very helpful.
Essentially, what you do is you pre-program your body to experience the hormones, emotions, sensations & neurochemicals associated with what you are trying to create before it arrives, so that when it does arrive, it doesn’t feel new. It feels standard. Your body goes “Yeah, we know this stuff. It feels familiar” and it doesn’t need to “protect” you from it or sabotage your progress.
You pre-create a new comfort zone with the things you want before they arrive!
To do that, I recommend regular meditation sessions, where you imagine what it will feel like to live your life with the thing you want, and what that will feel like in your body. This will flood your body with all the associated neurochemicals and hormones, so it can get used to them before they ever actually arrive. Brilliant!
Block 3: Your frequency
Every moment of every day, your cells are burning food to turn into energy so your body can live. Little bursts of energy are leaked with each metabolic process, and since you have 32 trillion cells, that becomes a wave of energy that flows out of you. This wave can be measured on a scientific scan called a spectrometer and is read in the measurement of Hz.
The same as radio waves, which is why it is referred to as “frequency”.
Your frequency is made up of particles, and because of a physics principle called cohesion, those particles attract other like particles, anywhere in time and space. BUT because of a physics principle called adhesion, they also repel unlike particles in time and space. This is why you can walk into a room of tuning forks, ring one tuning fork and all other tuning forks calibrated to the same frequency as the first will sound without having to ring them individually.
What this means for you is that if you are trying to create something that is on a different frequency than you currently are at, then the particles in you won’t recognize it in time and space. They will repel each other.
The only way to guarantee to magnetize what you want, is to match your frequency with the frequency of that which you are trying to create.
How do you change your frequency?
The answer for this is a little complex (and, honestly, why I created a 3 month course around it), but you can start simply by raising your frequency, since a higher standard of living will require you to be able to hold more positive energy.
Raise your frequency by:
- Spending more time in nature
- Spending time in water
- Find ways to hold a higher emotional state of being
- Resolve trapped emotions in your body that radiate at a lower frequency such as shame and guilt
- Protect your mind and body from things that lower your frequency
Block 4: Your nervous system
Recent science about the nervous system shows us some fascinating links between the need for safety and our behavior, that bypasses conscious thought. AKA It happens automatically without our input.
Bottom line: when your nervous system is dysregulated it can stop you in your tracks, and prevent you from doing simple things, like responding to an email, or even getting out of bed.
How do you regulate your nervous system?
You can start very simply with a conversation between you and it, and ask what it needs from you in order to feel safe.
Whatever it asks for, I recommend doing. If you’re not able to do what it asks, then offer a compromise and keep negotiating with it until you know what your very next step is. Somatic work is also brilliant for nervous system regulation, so find a great resource that you resonate with, and dive in!
