You can’t receive what you’re not coherent with.
Everything that exists — matter, thought, emotion, energy — vibrates.
At its most basic level, the universe is frequency.
And frequency has a law:
Like attracts like
In physics, this is called cohesion — energy that vibrates at a similar frequency synchronizes and magnetizes. It’s how we have matter.
Atoms, sound waves, even human brainwaves fall into coherence when their frequencies match.
That’s how you find your people, your opportunities, your timing.
It’s also how you repel them when your frequency is off.
Now — here’s the part most people miss:
You’re not just vibrating; you’re observing.
In quantum physics, the observer effect shows that what you focus on literally collapses from infinite possibility into physical reality.
In other words:
What you focus on, you materialize.
Not metaphorically. Literally.
You collapse potential into form by giving it your attention.
So if your focus is tuned to fear, scarcity, or lack — that’s the version of reality your brain keeps collapsing.
And when you do that long enough, your frequency locks to that version of reality.
That’s the Frequency Lock.
You’re still creating — just from the wrong level of coherence.
