𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞//
My coach and I were recently discussing our mutual gifts of being sensual and s3xual healers. Through people coming into close proximity with our physical bodies, they are healed. The most obvious way is through s3x, but it’s also available through regular physical touch, including dance. 
But, as a child, when wounded adults who experienced this attraction to me just took the healing without consent, it created a deep lack of trust in my body and fear of my innate power.
Through dance, especially Latin dances where sensuality is not only encouraged, it’s also cherished, I am reclaiming my power on a visceral, cellular level.
I am experiencing that not only is it 𝑛𝑜𝑡 too much, but there are people out there who want it ALLLLLLL the way turned up. Who tease and coax and caress more of it out of me. And then make moving art out of me.
There are men who I see waiting patiently to dance with me, while my current dance partner asks for one more dance. And then just one more. I feel like a temple priestess being honored in my divinity, with a line of people patiently waiting for healing. 
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭:
Sensuality is creation energy. It is the lube of life. When my sensuality splashes on those around me, they are invigorated and charged by it (to the point where they sometimes fight over it

)𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲:
It offers internal rebirth to people who previously felt dead or numb inside. It offers life. When I allow this part of me and people interact with me, it wakes them up, juices them up, and sets them off on their journey full speed ahead.
If you’ve ever felt too much, take up a latin style of dance and experience that you’re not.
If you’ve ever been afraid of your sensuality, consider that you might also be a s3xual healer, and work on accepting this part of yourself.
