Recently, I’ve had the feeling of “burning this mother to the ground”

But I realize, it’s not a spontaneous, emotion-based bonfire.

It’s an intentional, systematic, loving dismantling.

I’m changing everything about the way I do business, and restructuring it so it feels

joyful.

I’m un-branding myself, so I can show up as me, not “𝑚𝑒 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑜𝑛 𝑏𝑢𝑡 𝑒𝑥𝑐𝑙𝑢𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑜𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟 𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝑚𝑒 𝑏𝑒𝑐𝑎𝑢𝑠𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦’𝑟𝑒 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑟𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑣𝑎𝑛𝑡”.

I’m downsizing from my million dollar house with a pool & palm trees to a trailer on my bestie’s property.

I’m systematically stripping away everything that isn’t me, with nothing much to replace it. Except for soul self.

AND excitingly, momentum is starting to kick in

Unforced. Un-willpowered.

People are being drawn to me, who are going through similar things and trust me to guide them (since I’m about as no BS as they come, coupled with powerful AF)

Their sessions and group sessions are more powerful than ever. I’m lighter on my feet, so we are moving more quickly, slicing to the root and clearing at lightening speed, in completely painless ways

Relationships are shifting for the better.

I’m drawing boundaries I never would’ve, and holding them.

My kiddo is trusting me with parts of herself that she hasn’t before. Sharing parts of her experience that my codependence previously overshadowed (because I would go into blame spirals, feeling responsible for all of her challenges which wouldn’t leave any space for her actual experience)

It’s just small things, that equate to massive internal shifts.

And it’s all a relief.

Because there has been a small voice in the back of my head wondering quietly “𝐴𝑚 𝐼 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑔𝑜𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑖𝑛𝑠𝑎𝑛𝑒？ 𝐻𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝐼 𝑏𝑒𝑒𝑛 ℎ𝑖𝑗𝑎𝑐𝑘𝑒𝑑？ 𝐼𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝑓𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑜 𝑜𝑏𝑠𝑐𝑢𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑜𝑏𝑙𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑜𝑛？”

And with mounting evidence, the answer is an unequivocal NO!
