I have it on reasonably good authority that those results put us in the same category as boutique Venture Capital funds with two exceptions, that make our results anomalous:

1. 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: VC funds work with thousands of companies to get results like this, in the hope that some of them will take off.

We are an organic collection of grassroots founders, W2s and K1s and are much fewer. (There are 55 in the group and 28 people contributed to these results)

2. 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠: VCs usually have to START by raising several millions to get results like these. We started at zero. 99% of the people in the group started at less than $500k a year.

But it’s not the NUMBERS I care about - it may be unbelievable to you but I actually don’t care too much about how flashy that is (in fact, I have the opposite problem in that it sounds totally unbelievable).

What I care about is what it MEANS.

There are several of us who have known - DEEEEEP in our bones - that when you put human well-being at the center of commerce, everybody wins.

To us it’s common sense that treating people well, and money increasing goes hand in hand. It doesn’t have to be an either/or world.

We are making business history; by collecting hard data that proves this.

The financial increases are being audited by an independent third party (who I have no previous association to).

The HRV & coherence data is being measured and collected with the support of a researcher at The HeartMath Institute.

We are adding EEG data research so we can gather literal brainwave movement.

That means we will have an indisputable playbook of verifiable data that shows corporations and countries that when you focus on human well-being we all make more money.

It means that those of us who have known that:

💜 Changing the way the brain functions on a neurological level creates more positive changes in our lives

💜 nervous system regulation is a crucial part of human well-being

💜 the body is an intelligent being of its own right that can and wants to communicate with us (aka somatics matter)

💜 coherence is key, rather than just a spiritual soup of platitudes

will be able to unequivocally say we were right!

And most importantly, it proves that you can’t just THINK your way into a profitable business no matter how A+ your strategy is.

We finally have data to back up our intuition.

It means that capitalism AND wellbeing can coexist.

It means we can make money AND be happy.

It means we can be rich AND non-extractive and non-exploitative.

It means that the entire foundation of how business is done can fundamentally shift because I’m speaking the only language that the industry actually cares about. 🤑

Humans. That’s why I care about these results.

It means that humans can finally JUST be humans. 💜🥰💜✨✨✨
