You use your brain to think.

But the cells in your brain are also programmed with homeostasis.

No matter what you decide, if your brain cells disagree (which they always will if what you want is outside of your comfort zone), your brain cells will override you.

They have the wheel. They’re the ones at the controls.

And they don’t have emotion. They’re just programmed.

Trying to outthink your brain cells is like trying to look at your eye with your own eye. It’s not possible.

The more you push, the more it pushes back.

Your only choice - and the only thing that works consistently EVERY TIME - is to change and expand what your brain (and the rest of your 32 trillion cells) believe is safe.

To expand your comfort zone

Making more money

Being happier

Being healthier

Working a job or business that pays you what you know you deserve

Being treated well by people you respect

Etc.
