TERMS OF SERVICE

Abi Caruthers (Practitioner) is not a licensed medical professional by the State of CA or any other state. This is solely a certified profession. Practitioner is certified in this profession. This is a holistic practice that can be used alongside and in addition to any treatment conducted by a licensed medical professional. No results are guaranteed by Practitioner. Each brain works differently. Practitioner makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind for estimated results.

MANDATORY REPORTING

If Practitioner is informed of abuse to a child or an elderly person then Practitioner is required by law to report this to the authorities. If Practitioner is alerted to the Client’s intent to harm themselves, then Practitioner is required by law to report this to the authorities.

YOUR PART

If purchase includes private one-on-one sessions, Client agrees to give a minimum of 7 days notice if a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Failing to do so (except in the case of an emergency or sudden illness) will result in being charged $100 for that missed session

Do all homework assignments to the best of Client’s ability, and listen to the recordings in order to support the process.

Consistently show up on-time, every time for your scheduled sessions or calls.

Follow through and DO the work that we discuss so that you can get the results YOU want. Be ready to get very honest with yourself about your true potential and any blockages.

Be responsive and communicative. If you have any questions, please ask.

Take great care of yourself while in the program. There will be a lot of energy clearing, so long baths, plenty of rest and lots of water will do wonders for regenerating the spirit.

I am here to encourage you to make significant changes in your life in a short amount of time. I am not here to do the work for you. You must do the work for yourself. My job is to lead you into a better understanding in order for you to improve yourself

REFUNDS

There are no refunds available

PAYMENTS Client agrees to make all payments that are owed within the agreed upon timeframe, once enrolled in the course. Failure to uphold my end of the commitment regarding making any payments can/will result in forfeiture of the course(s), penalties, and possible legal recourse.

LIABILITY

Client agrees to hold harmless Abi Caruthers and/ or Transformation Central LLC, along with all of its employees, subcontractors, assistants and affiliates in all cases. Abi Caruthers and/ or Transformation Central LLC, along with all of its employees, subcontractors, assistants and affiliates are not responsible for any damages whatsoever except for those resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Client agrees not to mention anyone else’s name who does not appear on the show, and Client agrees to hold harmless Abi Caruthers and/ or Transformation Central LLC, along with all of its employees, subcontractors, assistants and affiliates in entirety, for Client's failure to do so.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, images, program names, documents, and the Client Dashboard is copyrighted and is Intellectual Property under Abi Caruthers and/ or Transformation Central LLC.

PURCHASING SERVICES

If Client should wish to continue working with Practitioner in any one of her programs, in 1:1 private sessions, or with any of Practitioner’s coaches, Client may continue to do so at regular package rates.

DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER AND/OR SLANDER

Both parties agree not to make false or inaccurate statements about the other party at any time. Violation of this agreement will result in a penalty and reversal of any eligible refund or credits. In case of breach of this clause, Client agrees to pay USD $10,000.00 to Abi Caruthers and/ or Transformation Central LLC representing parties as liquidated damages.

DISSOLUTION

Abi Caruthers and/ or Transformation Central LLC reserves the right to dissolve our working relationship at any time if any of the above stated requirements are not met.
